Mr. Leon Brydone has been:

2-time world taekwondo champion

4-time European taekwondo champion

1-time world kickboxing champion

 

He has studied taekwondo for 17 years. Mr. Brydone was a fitness instructor and personal trainer for 6 years with the Hodson Bay Hotel Group Athlone. Currently, he is a full-time instructor, teaching taekwondo, kickboxing and skyboxing classes at our dedicated Monksland facility.
