Ms. Mary Mannion is the founder of Athlone Taekwondo and she is also the Chief Instructor and Coordinator.

 

She began Taekwondo career in 1983 in WTF style Taekwondo. Moved to Ireland in 1996 and started ITF style Taekwondo with the IUTF. She opened a school in Kiltoom, Co. Roscommon in 1998 and moved to full-time centre in Monksland in 2012.

 

Career highlights:

Over 60 students to black belt level including 4th, 3rd and 2nd dan students

Silver medal in AIMAA World championships - 2004
